Thinning Brows??No Problem! For a quick fix at home, just fill them in lightly using a feathering motion with any pencil or any shadow that is close to your hair colour. When filling in your eyebrows with shadows, its best to apply with an angle brush and lightly fill them in using the same technique as a pencil.
